J'zask is quite the inquisitive miqo'te, ever expanding his knowledge of red magic and arcanistry when he absolutely can. While shy at first, the mere topic of something he's interested in is enough to get him talking for minutes if not hours on end. And while not flirty directly, he'll gladly return flirts if the other catches his interest.PhysicalStark white locks fall upon his shoulders, where the strands are pushed backwards to keep it from his face and silver glasses that rest upon his nose. Long ears adorned with amethyst earrings rest and gently flick upon the top of his head, granting an appearance of a second set of eyes from a distance.Often dressed in purple short-robes, he is quite the tall miqo'te by average standards with a black-grey tipped tail flicking behind him as he takes walks. HISTORY

J'zask was born in Ul'dah, the Jewel of the South, to a single mother who had traded her life for her son. His mother had left the region of Ala Mhigo and the Tribal life by extension shortly after becoming pregnant with J’zask.It was there in Thanalan that she raised him to the best of her abilities, and when he was still young, married an Ala Mhigan refugee. He grew up surrounded by the culture and history of Ala Mhigo, though he had never stepped foot there. Stories of the city and the land were told by both of his parents. Such tales of warriors and adventure inspired him, wishing that one day he would set foot in the lands of Gyr Abania.Alas as the years did go on, such a dream fell through with the Empire’s grip maintained on the city, the dreams dwindled and at his mothers' behest, chose a different path. With the ever constant flow of refugees, notably that of Ala Mhigan origin, he’d spend days with his mother assisting the camps and those who lived within the walls of Ul’dah. He had sought to follow after her in becoming a healer, but he never felt the true calling of it.And it was during his fourteenth summer that he found he had been gifted with a natural connection to the aether, and soon manipulating it in small manners. Upon his father discovering such, he had a new path set before him. When J'zask turned fifteen, he was given the chance of training by his father who had been a Crimson Duelist during the revolution. T'was a skill many years in the making, with balancing magic and learning to combat with a rapier, he soon found himself something that would be a dream worth following.For the last decade he has ever so traveled about Thanalan and some parts of Eorzea, ever searching for more knowledge of the Red Mages and has taken upon learning Arcanistry to see how far his magical talent can take him.More to be added.

Hooks!Red Mage: J'zask is ever so looking to expand his repertoire of magical abilities and his hunger for knowledge. Often his ventures take him to Gyr Abania and the surrounding lands in search of information. Should one require such knowledge, he would gladly impart it!

Scholar: While he might have a focus upon his Red Magic, he has taken an interest and studies the city-states of Mhach and Amdapor, the origins of Black and White magic. Even with limited information, he still seeks out what he can and would enjoy knowing more about the lost city-states.

Assisting Refugees: In his youth, he assisted his mother in carrying supplies to Little Ala Mhigo and tending to the homeless upon the streets of Ul'dah. One who spent their time as a refugee or around Ala Mhigo would likely recognize him.

Seeker: While he is an identifiable Seeker of the Sun, from his mannerisms and words it's quite clear that he did not originate in a tribe.
